- An email account you want to use for your business.
- If you want to take payments on the site, a Stripe account set up (free, takes about 10 minutes).
- Your logo, the wording/copy you want included, and a handful of photos.

I offer a Content Management Plan (CMP) for $75/month, on top of the $10/month hosting. It covers up to 4 small, specific changes per month, things like swapping a photo or updating text/contact info. If you'd rather not commit to a monthly plan, one-off changes are $75/hr, billed in 30-minute increments.
Each request is one small, specific change, like replacing a photo or updating a paragraph of text. Bigger asks, like new sections, a redesign, or added functionality, aren't covered under CMP and are quoted separately or billed hourly. Fixes to errors on my end never count against your request cap.
No. Requests reset to 4 at the start of each month and unused ones don't carry over.
Yes. Once final payment is made, the website and all code/files belong fully to you. If you ever want to move to another host or developer, the site can be transferred and you'll get whatever credentials or files are needed to make that happen.
Yes, your domain stays registered under your own account the entire time. That never changes regardless of who's hosting the site.
Every site includes basic on-page SEO: proper page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and a clean site structure so search engines can index it well. This is a solid foundation, not an ongoing SEO campaign.
