Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement

These terms cover your use of mcmahel-digital.com and the tools provided by NextGen FitLab, LLC d/b/a McMahel Digital, including the website grader, quote and payment pages, agreement signing, and client intake forms. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

License

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the site and its tools for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse them, or try to access areas you are not authorized to use.

Client work

Website projects, pricing, payment schedules, and Care Plan terms are covered by the signed agreement for each project. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charges shown on your quote, including any installments or subscriptions you choose.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Integrations

Our internal accounting connection to Intuit QuickBooks Online is used only by McMahel Digital to keep its own books. It is not offered to the public.

Website grader results

Grader scores are automated estimates for information only and are not a guarantee of search rankings or results.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and tools are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, McMahel Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
