NextGen FitLab, LLC d/b/a McMahel Digital ("we", "us") is a web development business in Central Florida run by Tyler McMahel. This policy explains what information we collect through mcmahel-digital.com and our related tools, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Details you send us, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, website address, and project notes from our inquiry, booking, website grader, and intake forms.
- Quote, agreement, and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic website analytics, such as pages visited and referring sites, to improve the site.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare quotes and agreements, build and support your website, and send project and billing emails.
- To keep our business records, including logging payments in our accounting software (QuickBooks Online).
- To send occasional marketing emails only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Intuit QuickBooks (accounting), Lovable and its database provider (hosting and data storage), Google (Analytics, Search Console, Workspace email, and Drive file storage), MailerLite (opt-in marketing email only), Calendly (call booking), Jotform (agreement signing for some clients), and Discord (private internal notifications when someone submits an inquiry). Each service receives only what it needs to do its job.
We don't sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure visits and understand how people use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga. We also store a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage and a session ID for our own simple page view counts.
We don't use advertising cookies or ad tracking pixels. We don't track private client pages such as payment and agreement links. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Do Not Track
Our site doesn't change its behavior based on browser Do Not Track signals. We don't track you across other websites.
QuickBooks connection
Our QuickBooks connection is used only by McMahel Digital for its own books. It reads our chart of accounts and records our own customers, sales receipts, refunds, and payment processing fees. Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely, and the connection can be removed at any time.
Security and retention
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and two-factor sign-in for admin access. We keep records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing tyler@mcmahel-digital.com.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
